Playing golf is only half the intent of the Chamber's Annual Golf Tournement. It's also about making connections, getting to know other Bryant business people or maybe rewarding a good client.
If you don't play, consider sponsoring a hole or providing lunch for the golfers. These are great ways to put your name in front of a large group of business and community leaders.
Depending on availability, this event is held at either Hurricane Golf Course or Longhills golf Course. This year, golf committee Chair, Clint Walker, introduced the "Bonus Ball". Each team could purchase a different colored ball to be used by team players in turn for all holes. The team player that shot the lowest score with the colored ball, won prizes for the entire team. The only hitch? The team must return WITH THE BALL! In order to win the prize, Derek Phillips, Bryant Parks & Rec Director, jumped in the water to save his team's winning ball!
