Bryant is a community in Central Arkansas just south of the state capitol of Little Rock. It has been described as a "family-oriented" community and we like that designation!
After being awarded a place on the "Top 100 Small Towns" list in 2009 by CNN's MoneyMagazine and recognized as one of the country's "Most Affordable Suburbs" in 2010 (BusinessWeek), Bryant continues to draw interest from businesses looking to expand or relocate.
Our schools consistently have higher achievement scores than others in the state, often ranking in the top ten on testing, and scoring in the top ten on studies of schools who are financially efficient. Our schools practice good stewardship in other ways, too. We have two LEED certified "green" schools and are working towards that designation for our new building on the High School campus.
Higher education opportunities abound nearby. Pulaski Technical College South is just a mile away from the Bryant city limits. Additionally, the University of Arkansas at Little Rock and other 4-year colleges are an easy commute.
With the newly built Charles and Norma Bishop Park and Community Center, Bryant now boasts one of the nicest facilities in Saline County for recreation. Complete with ballparks, soccer fields, walking paths, fishing ponds, an aquatic center, a competition swimming pool, three gyms, a workout center and the Boys and Girls Club of Bryant and the Senior Adult Center located here, there will always be something interesting going on at this site!
Come Visit. We think you will like what you find in Bryant!
